The lowest price for natural gas consumption in Europe falls for Georgia after Azerbaijan, Report informs, citing the National Energy and Water Supply Regulatory Commission.
According to the document, in 2021, the average tariff for gas consumption in Georgia was $0.19 per cubic meter, and in Azerbaijan - $0.094. The average tariff in Turkiye is $0.27 and in Armenia - $0.36.
According to the report, Sweden is the most expensive country in Europe for natural gas. Last year, the cost of one cubic meter of "blue fuel" in this country was $1.9.
