Georgia imported 12,000 tons of aviation fuel from Azerbaijan in 2021, Report informs, referring to Georgia's Union of Petroleum Products Importers.
In the reporting period, Azerbaijan was the second jet fuel supplier of Georgia, meeting 12.4% of demand for this type of fuel.
In 2021, Georgia imported 96,400 tons of jet fuel, up 70.9% from the previous year. The main aviation fuel supplier to the neighboring country was Turkmenistan, with 57,700 tons.
