Gas prices in Europe at auction on Thursday for the first time since July 27, 2021 fell below $450 per thousand cubic meters, losing about 3%, Report informs with reference to the London Stock Exchange ICE.
April (nearest) futures on the TTF index (the largest hub in Europe, located in the Netherlands) opened trading at $447.3 (-3.2%) per thousand cubic meters. The dynamics of quotations is based on the settlement price of the previous trading day - $461.9 per thousand cubic meters.
