Gas prices in Europe drop by almost 2%

Exchange prices for gas in Europe fell by 1.9% on Monday after the opening of trading.
Report informs citing London's ICE that August (nearest) futures on the TTF index - the largest hub in Europe, located in the Netherlands - opened trading at $306.1 (+0.1%). Further, the cost dropped to $300 (-1.9%).
The dynamics of quotations is based on the settlement price of the previous trading day - $305.7 per thousand cubic meters.
