Ethylene production up 47% in Azerbaijan

Azerbaijan produced 58,000 tons of propylene in January-April of this year, Report informs, citing the State Statistical Committee.

Over the past 4 months, 62,900 tons of polyethylene and 63,200 tons of ethylene were produced in Azerbaijan.

Propylene production in the country increased by 39.1% compared to the same period of 2022.

During the reporting period, the production of ethylene and polyethylene in the country increased by 47% and 43.9%, respectively, compared to the year.
