Hungary attaches great importance to the Azerbaijan-EU green corridor, Ambassador of Hungary to Azerbaijan, Tamas Torma, told Report.
The green corridor is a new achievement, it connects the South Caucasus and the European region, therefore it benefits both Azerbaijan and Hungary, he noted.
According to the ambassador, the main goal of many European countries at the moment is to diversify the energy sector, as well as contribute to the achievement of sustainable development goals.
In this sense, the green energy corridor will help achieve all these goals together, he added.
