BTC oil transportation through Georgia increased

In March 2022, 2.4 million tons of oil were transported through Georgia via the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC) pipeline, the highest figure in the first quarter of 2022, Report informs, citing the JSC Georgian Oil and Gas Corporation (GOGC).
This figure was 2.3 million tons in January and 2 million tons in February.
In 2021, total oil transportation via the BTC through Georgia made up 26 million tons, down 5% from the previous year.
