Oil prices are falling moderately on the morning of February 24, Report informs referring to Interfax.
The cost of April futures for Brent crude on the London ICE Futures exchange as of 9:16 (GMT+4) is $74.31 per barrel, which is $0.12 (0.16%) lower than at the close of the previous trades.
Last Friday, these contracts fell by $2.05 (2.7%), to $74.43 per barrel.
WTI oil futures for April on electronic trading on the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) have fallen by this time by $0.19 (0.27%), to $70.21 per barrel.
Following the previous session, the cost of these contracts fell by $2.08 (2.9%), to $70.4 per barrel.
Over the past week, both brands have lost 0.4%.
