Azerbaijan utilized 87% of OPEC quota in September

In September 2024, daily oil production in Azerbaijan (including condensate) amounted to 78,700 tons (592,000 barrels), the country's Energy Ministry said, Report informs.
Of this, 65,000 tons were oil (479,000 barrels daily), and 13,7000 tons (113,000 barrels daily) were condensate.
Thus, Azerbaijan utilized 86.9% of its OPEC quota in September.
According to the agreement reached at the 36th OPEC+ Ministerial Meeting, Azerbaijan's production quota for 2024 is set at 551,000 barrels (74,259 tons) per day.
