Azerbaijan to introduce new fines for violation of gas operation rules

New fines for violation of the rules for the maintenance of gas installations and gas pipes, chimneys, and ventilation lines will be introduced in Azerbaijan starting May 1.

Report informs that in this regard, amendments were made to the Code of Administrative Offenses.

According to the changes, the fine of 200 to 400 manats is envisaged for individuals, 1,000 to 1,500 manats for officials and 2,500 to 3,000 manats for legal entities.
