Azerbaijan sets electricity consumption limit for industrial parks

The Azerbaijani Cabinet of Ministers has amended the resolution “On determining the annual electricity consumption limit for eligible consumers,” approved by its resolution dated February 1, 2024.
Report informs that Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed a new resolution in this regard.
According to the amendment, the required annual electricity consumption limit for residents and non-residents of industrial parks has been set at 1 million kilowatt-hours and above.
Previously, the annual electricity consumption limit for eligible consumers was set at 5 million kilowatt-hours and above.
