Azerbaijan sees more than 9% rise in marketable gas production

Azerbaijan produced 11,559,200 tons of crude oil, including gas condensate in January-April 2021.

Report informs citing the State Statistical Committee that marketable oil amounted to 11,537,800 tons of this volume, down 6.9% from the previous year. Oil production dropped 7.2% in comparison to a year earlier.

In the reporting period, the country produced 16,766,300,000 cubic meters of natural gas, up 2.8% compared to a year earlier.

Of this, marketable gas made up 10,290,900,000 cubic meters, up 9.3% from the previous year.
