Azerbaijan sees about 9% growth in oil refining

In January-September of this year, 4.9 million tons of oil were refined in Azerbaijan, up 400,000 tons, or 8.9%, from the previous year, said the operative data of the Ministry of Energy for January-September, Report informs.
