Azerbaijan sees 47% growth in oil processing in third quarter

State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) processed 1.8 million tons of oil in July-September 2021, up 46.5% from the previous year.
Report informs, citing the company, that the growth was caused by periodical maintenance work at the Heydar Aliyev Oil Refinery in the third quarter of last year.
In the third quarter of 2021, no maintenance work was carried out at the Refinery. During the reporting period, the SOCAR’s Gas Processing Plant processed 812 million cubic meters of gas.
