Azerbaijan sees 37% growth in oil exports to Israel

In January 2024, Azerbaijan exported 523,553.89 tons of crude oil (+37.08%) worth $296,946,740 (+25.26%) to Israel, Report informs, citing the State Customs Committee.
The share of crude oil exported to Israel in the total oil exports of Azerbaijan was 8.72%.
Azerbaijan exported $863,453,880 worth of 1,462,278.29 tons of crude oil and crude oil products obtained from bituminous rocks in January 2024.
In the reporting period, Azerbaijan conducted trade transactions with foreign countries worth $2.986 billion.
The export operations accounted for $1.844 billion, and imports for $1.142 billion.
