Azerbaijan sees 35% growth in commercial propylene production

From January through September this year, Azerbaijan produced 105,400 tons of propylene, 121,600 tons of polyethylene and 123,700 tons of ethylene, Report informs referring to the State Statistical Committee.

In the production of propylene, commodity products made 98,700 tons.

During the reporting period, propylene production grew by 36.7%, and commercial propylene production increased 35%.

Over the past nine months, the production of ethylene and polyethylene in Azerbaijan increased by 18.7% and 21.2%, respectively.
