Azerbaijan posts 4% growth in marketable gas production

Azerbaijan produced 48,496,700,000 cubic meters of natural gas in 2023, up 3.8% compared to a year earlier, Report informs citing the State Statistical Committee.

Marketable gas made up 36,413,800,000 cubic meters, up 4.2% from the previous year.

The country produced 30,189,600 tons of crude oil, including gas condensate, in the reporting period, down 7.5% from a year earlier.

Of this, 30,083,100 tons were marketable oil, down 7.6% from the previous year.
