Azerbaijan’s oil supply to Belarusian oil refineries in 2021 may remain unchanged or be higher than the previous year, said the “Annual Report on Sustainable Development” for 2020 issued by SOCAR.
“In 2020, SOCAR Trading and Belarusian Oil Company signed a long-term contract to supply Azerbaijani and other potential oils to the oil refineries of Belarus. Last year, SOCAR Trading supplied 1 million tons of Azeri Light and other oils to Belarus,” the Report said.
This year, 360,100 tons of Azerbaijani oil worth $131 million have already been sent to Belarus via four tankers.
Azerbaijan will totally transport 1 million tons of oil to Belarus this year.
