Daily oil production in Azerbaijan in August 2024 amounted to 480,000 barrels, Report informs referring to S&P Global Commodity Insights in its review with reference to Platts data.
According to the report, with Azerbaijan's 2024 quota for oil production under the OPEC+ deal of 551,000 bpd, actual production in August amounted to 480,000 bpd.
This means that Azerbaijan is 71,000 bpd behind the OPEC+ quota in August, the document says. In addition, in August, compared to July, oil production in Azerbaijan decreased by 10,000 bpd.
