Azerbaijan increases purchase of AI-98 gasoline from Belarus by 3.3 times

In January-August 2022, Azerbaijan imported 1,070 tons (-35.7%) of AI-98 (Super) brand automobile gasoline worth $1.272 million (-6.7%), Report informs, citing the data of the State Statistics Committee.

A total of 775.36 tons (+3.3 times) worth $931,130 were purchased from Belarus (+4.7 times) and 294.85 tons (-77.7%) worth $341,210 (-68.3%) from Romania.

Last year, Romania accounted for 49.4% of the 2,684 tons of AI-98 gasoline imported by Azerbaijan, Lithuania accounted for 38%, Belarus was responsible for 8.8% and Greece accounted for 3.8%.
