Azerbaijan increases commercial propylene production

From January through February 2021, Azerbaijan produced 24,600 tons of propylene, 33,200 tons of polyethylene, and 33,100 tons of ethylene.

Report informs, citing the State Statistical Committee, that 23,000 tons of the produced propylene were commercial.

During the reporting period, propylene, ethylene, and polyethylene production increased by 9.8%, 20.8%, and 21.2%, respectively.

Meanwhile, commercial propylene production also went up by 2.7%.
