Azerbaijan discloses volume of RON92 gasoline imported in 4 months

In January-April 2025, Azerbaijan imported 74,404.34 tons of RON92 gasoline worth $58.11 million, Report informs, citing the State Statistical Committee.

Compared to the same period last year, the volume of imported gasoline increased by 7.6 times, and its value by 7.4 times.

In January-April, Azerbaijan imported 56,237.45 tons (+5.8 times) of gasoline worth $42.522 million (+5.4 times) from Russia. Russia's share in the import of AI-92 gasoline to Azerbaijan during the specified period was 75.6%.

In addition, 3,670.04 tons of gasoline worth $3 million were imported from Romania, and 14,496.86 tons of gasoline worth $12.61 million were imported from Belarus.

At the same time, in January-April, Azerbaijan exported 2,89.54 tons of RON92 gasoline worth $1,351. Of this volume, 1,93.57 tons worth $803,770 were exported to Georgia, and 995.97 tons worth $547,290 were exported to Türkiye.

RON92 gasoline is produced in Azerbaijan at the Heydar Aliyev Baku Oil Refinery. In 2024, Azerbaijan did not export RON92 gasoline.
