Azerbaijan, Czech Republic discuss cooperation in oil and gas sector

Azerbaijan and the Czech Republic discussed cooperation in the oil and gas sector, Report informs.

On November 1, the President of the State Oil Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SOCAR), Rovshan Najaf, exchanged views with the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Czech Republic to Azerbaijan Milan Sedlaček.

Milan Sedlaček expressed his gratitude for the support for filming the documentary film "Oil Rocks" as part of the "Views from Abroad" Czech TV program.

At the meeting, the sides emphasized that the strategic partnership between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Czech Republic was successfully developed. They also stressed the importance of mutually beneficial cooperation between the two countries in the economic field, including the oil and gas sector.

At the meeting, the officials also exchanged views on cooperation prospects and other issues of mutual interest.
