Azerbaijan cuts oil production by nearly 5%

In January-July 2022, Azerbaijan produced 19.2 million tons of oil (including condensate), 900,000 tons or 4.48% less than a year earlier, Report informs, citing the Energy Ministry.
Of this, 12 million tons were extracted from the Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli block of fields, 2.6 million tons (condensate) from Shah Deniz.
SOCAR produced 4.6 million tons of oil (including condensate) in the reporting period.
