Austria has Plan B if Russia cuts off gas supplies

Austria has Plan B in case gas supplies from Russia are cut off, Austrian Finance Minister Magnus Brunner said, as quoted by Report.

Earlier, German Economy Minister Robert Habeck announced the activation of an emergency early warning mode if gas supplies from Russia are ceased.

“Of course, in general, there is an emergency plan, it is multi-level. On the other hand, we have already agreed on a strategic replenishment of reserves, this has already been approved in the National Council (Lower House of Parliament),” Brunner said.
