Alparslan Bayraktar: TANAP and TAP projects are examples for world

Trans-Anatolian Gas Pipeline (TANAP) and Trans-Adriatic Gas Pipeline (TAP) projects are examples for the world, Deputy Minister of Energy and Natural Resources of Turkiye Alparslan Bayraktar told Report during the 4th International Parliamentary Conference of the Silk Road Support Group of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) in Istanbul.

According to him, at a time when the world is looking for new and alternative energy sources, TAP and TANAP are examples of great advantages for other energy projects that are planned to be implemented in the future.

The deputy minister noted that the TANAP and TAP projects are very important for the security of Europe's energy supply: "The presidents of Turkiye and Azerbaijan have shown the strong political will to realize these projects. Of course, realizing such serious projects was also possible with the support of the governments of region countries, such as Georgia, Greece, Albania, and Italy.
