15% of Italian gas consumption supplied by TAP

TAP supplies 15% of Italian consumption, Energy Minister Parviz Shahbazov said, Report informs.

Minister of Energy Parviz Shahbazov and TAP Executive Director Luca Schieppati held a meeting within the framework of the 9th Ministerial Meeting of the Southern Gas Corridor Advisory Council and the 1st meeting of the Green Energy Advisory Council.

"We exchanged our views on the progress of market tests for Pipeline Expansion and the prospects for transporting hydrogen with Luca Schieppati, Executive Director of TAP," Shahbazov tweeted.
