The head of the department added that the Azerbaijani State Oil Fund will also pay for the financial part of doctoral education abroad.
It was noted that international experience gained by doctoral students abroad is intended to be applied in the scientific and pedagogical field in Azerbaijan, to achieve the formation of highly qualified human resources based on the needs of the country's labor market and to increase the international competitiveness of local higher education.
