Baku. 11 February. REPORT.AZ/ "There is an imbalance between adopting plan and number of applicants". Report informs, chairwoman of the State Students Admission Commission (SSAC) Maleyka Abbaszadeh said during the presentation of 12th issue of the "Abituriyent" ("Entrant") magazine.
