Number of foreign students studying in Azerbaijan disclosed

"The Ministry of Education and the state are taking measures to promote the education of foreigners in Azerbaijan. An example of this is educational grant projects. For the 2021-2022 academic year, more than 7,300 international students are studying in Azerbaijan for the first time. This figure will continue to grow from year to year," Mujdat Hasanov, an official of the Education Ministry, Report informs.

According to him, promoting education in Azerbaijan through various social media and digital resources are also aimed at internationalization: "The educational opportunities of foreigners in our country are expanding. Foreign students, professors, and teachers are more enthusiastic in an international educational institution."
