Baku. 12 February. REPORT.AZ/ "A project has been developed on the adoption of the normative legal act for the recognition of skills gained through informal and non-formal methods. This will be a draft decision of the Cabinet of Ministers," Deputy Minister of Education, Idris Isayev said.

Noting that the project will be submitted to the relevant authorities for coordination, the Deputy Minister also stressed that some people have certain knowledge and skills: "They gained it by various means - they have either studied or attended some courses."

He underlined that the knowledge and skills of these persons are not confirmed by the state sample education document: "They also have difficulty entering the labor market. Today some of the informal workers are those people. We would like them to be able to easily access the labor market and  use their benefits. So we will recognize their knowledge and skills through certain stages in accordance with these rules. This method exists in all world countries. By applying this 4-step system in our country, we will present document on the recognition of the knowledge and skills of those people.”
