March-procession in Azerbaijani district Tartar marks Victory Day

A media tour to Tartar District was organized by the Education Ministry.

Elnur Aliyev, adviser to the education minister; Orkhan Abbasov, deputy head of the Department for Organization and Management of General Education under the Ministry of Education, heads of media outlets, and media representatives partook in the media tour, Report correspondent dispatched to Tartar informs.

It was noted that the purpose of the media tour was to conduct a "flag march" to mark the November 9 - National Flag Day and November 8 - Victory Day, to attend the opening of a modular secondary school No 1 in Shikharkh village, which became unusable as a result of the Armenian terror, plant trees in the schoolyard as well as hold a meeting with educators who fought in the 44-day Patriotic War.

The participants in the media tour first marched from the entrance to the city of Tartar to Flag Square.
