Emin Amrullayev appointed as Education Minister of Azerbaijan

President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree appointing Emin Amrullayev as new Minister of Education of Azerbaijan.

Report informs, E. Amrullayev has been the head of the Education Development Programs Department of the Ministry.
