Azerbaijan welcomes spring season

Astronomical spring has today started in Azerbaijan.

The natural phenomena occurred at 07:49 am Baku time on March 20, Report says.

The equinox occurs during the start of spring when the length of night and day becomes equal. The sun moves from the southern hemisphere to the northern hemisphere, which is called spring equinox.

Summer will come to Azerbaijan on June 21, at 01:43 am, while autumn on September 22 at 05:30 pm and winter on December 21, at 02:02 pm.
