Azerbaijan's Minister of Education Emin Amrullayev continues his official visit to Georgia.
According to Report's Georgian bureau, he has visited Azerbaijani-language school No 73 bearing the name of Mirza Fatali Akhunzada in Tbilisi.
School principal Salman Pirmammadov briefed the minister about the history of the school, which turns 120 this year. He said there are currently 252 schoolchildren in the school.
Pirmammadov noted that in 2010, the school underwent repair on the initiative and with the support of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.
Amrullayev, together with Georgia's First Deputy Minister of Education Tamar Makharashvili, visited classrooms, the library, and the gym and spoke to teachers and students.
Then he met with the school management and teaching staff and inquired about the problems of the educational establishment.
