ANAS hosts general meeting in Baku

Baku. 28 April. REPORT.AZ/ The general meeting dedicated to scientific-organizational works carried out by ANAS Presidium in 2016 started at the head office of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS).

Report informs, Academician Ramiz Mehdiyev, Deputy Prime Minister Elchin Efendiyev, Head of Humanitarian Policy Department of Presidential Administration Fatma Abdullazade, Rector of Baku Branch of Lomonosov Moscow State University and ANAS associate member Nargiz Pashayeva, as well as other officials are attending the meeting.

First, the participants got acquainted with exhibition reflecting scientific achievements of the Academy.

The meeting envisages scientific achievements exhibition, information on works carried out in various directions and projects implemented by the Academy, presentation of reports on scientific and scientific-organizational works carried out by ANAS Presidium, as well as presentation of Nizami Ganjavi gold medal and ANAS’s named awards.
