Weather in Azerbaijan to worsen, temperature to drop by 5-10 degrees

In Baku and on the Absheron Peninsula, from the afternoon of November 24 to the daytime hours of November 25, the northwest wind is expected to increase to 15-20 m/s, with gusts up to 23-25 m/s, in some places up to 28 m/s.

As Report has found out from the National Hydrometeorology Service, the air temperature will drop by 5-7 degrees compared to previous days.

On November 25, intense precipitation is expected in some north-western regions of Azerbaijan until November 27, and snow in the mountainous regions. From the evening of November 24 to noon on November 25, the west wind will increase to 15-20 m/s, in some places up to 23-28 m/s. The air temperature will drop by 5-10 degrees as compared to the previous days. The water level in the rivers will rise.
