Strong wind, rain, snow expected in Azerbaijan

The weather will be unstable, occasionally rainy in northeastern and eastern districts on December 12-15, Report informs, citing the National Hydrometeorology Service of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources (MENR).
The rain will be intensive. Snow is expected in the mountainous districts. East wind will increase to 15-20 m/s, to 23-28 m/s in some places.
The temperature will drop by 3-5C.
