Sleet predicted in Baku, strong wind will blow

Baku. 29 November. REPORT.AZ/ Weather forecast for tomorrow in Azerbaijan has been announced.

Report informs citing the National Hydro Meteorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources that on November 30, the weather will be rainy at times in Baku and Absheron peninsula. In the evening, rainfall is likely to turn to sleet in suburban areas. Strong north-western wind will intensify in the night of November 29-30, and will die down in the daytime.

The temperature in Baku and Absheron peninsula will be 4-7 C at night and in the daytime.

Atmospheric pressure will rise from 768 to 777 mm mercury column. Relative humidity will be 70-80%.

In Azerbaijani regions, rain, sleet and snow are expected in some places, snow will fall in mountainous and foothill regions. It will be intensive in some places. Fog will be observed in the morning in some places. The west wind will blow and intensify at night and in the morning.

The temperature will be 5 -7 C at night, 8-11 C in the daytime, in the mountains 0-5 degrees of frost at night, 2-5 C in the daytime.
