Showers, thunderstorms expected in Azerbaijan tomorrow

On September 17, partly cloudy weather mostly without precipitation is expected in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula. However, there will be intermittent showers in some places starting the afternoon, Report informs referring to the National Hydrometeorological Service.

Showers and thunderstorms are possible in some parts of the peninsula later in the night. The northwest wind is expected to strengthen throughout the day.

Air temperature at night is expected at 18-21°C, during the day 21-26°C. Atmospheric pressure will be 762 mmHg. Relative air humidity will be 65-75%.

In the districts of Azerbaijan there will be mostly no precipitation, however, starting from noon, in some places there will be downpours, possibly intense, thunderstorms, hail are expected, and snow in high mountain areas. Fog is expected in some areas at night and in the morning. The westerly wind will periodically intensify in some places.

Air temperature at night is expected at 12-17°C, during the day 20-25°C, in the mountains at night 5-10°C, during the day 10-15°C.
