Rain predicted in Azerbaijan tomorrow

Baku. 19 December. REPORT.AZ/ The weather forecast for tomorrow in Azerbaijan has been announced.

Report informs citing the National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources that on December 20, the weather will be rainy in Baku and Absheron peninsula. It will intensify in some places. The south-east wind will intensify at times in the daytime.

The temperature in Baku and Absheron peninsula will be +5+7 C at night, +8+10 C in the daytime. Atmospheric pressure will drop from above the normal – 773 to 768 mm mercury column, relative humidity will be 85-95%.

In the western regions of Azerbaijan, the weather will be mainly rainless, rainfall is expected in eastern regions, and in most regions in the evening. Snow is predicted in mountainous and foothill regions. It is likely to be intensive in some places. Fog will be observed in some places. The east wind will intensify in some places.

The temperature will be +2+5 C at night, 7-10 C in the daytime, in mountainous regions -3-8 degrees of frost at night, from -2 to +3 degrees in the daytime.

MENR warns that rainfall is predicted on December 20-21 in Baku and Absheron peninsula and it will intensify in some places on December 20.

In the regions of Azerbaijan on December 20-21, the weather will be unstable, occasional rainfall, snow is predicted in mountainous and foothill regions. It will be intensive in some places, the water level will increase in rivers and short-term floods are expected in some rivers of Lankaran-Astara.
