Qatari and Azerbaijani citizens fined for illegal hunting in Bilasuvar

Baku. 1 October. REPORT.AZ/ Employees of the Department for Conservation of Biological Diversity and Specially Protected Areas of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources held regular raids in order to combat poaching.

Report informs citing the press service of the Ministry that residents of Jalilabad district Safar Ahadov, Chingiz Aliyev, Qatari citizen Mohammed Khalaf Kaabi, resident of Shamakhi district Shahin Mamadov, who attempted illegal hunting during the raids in Platina territory of Bilasuvar district, Mughan territories of Saatli district and Uluduz and Aghzıbir Hunting Farms were detained. 6 hunting guns were seized on them.

The measure was applied in relation to the indicated persons in line with the legislation and an administrative fine in the amount of AZN 1,000 was imposed on each of detained persons .
