Eight regional landfills for waste to be established in Azerbaijan

Head of the Environmental Policy Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources Rasim Sattarzade said that eight regional landfills would be created in Azerbaijan.

Report informs that it is planned to establish transmission stations at these landfills.

"In this regard, the work to identify areas is nearing completion."
