The snow cover reached 28 cm in Gadabay, 25 cm in Laz village (Gusar), 22 cm in Dashkasan, 17 cm in Khinalig, 15 cm in Gusar, 14 cm in Goygala, 13 cm in Khaltan, 9 cm in Sarybash, 8 cm in Ivanovka (Ismayilli ), 7 cm in Aghdar (Ordubad), 6 cm in Altyagaj, 5 cm in Guba, 4 cm in Gobustan, Shamakhi, 2 cm in Sharur, 1 cm in Ismayilli, Kishchay (Shaki)

The minimum air temperature in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula was 5 degrees Celsius, in the Aran district - 5 degrees Celsius, in the mountainous regions - 2-5 degrees below zero, in the highlands - 7-10 degrees below zero, in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic - -3 degrees frost.
