"The weather is uncommon for winter this month. The number of frosty and snowy days is decreasing," Report informs, citing Director of the National Hydrometeorology Department Umayra Tagiyeva.
Although snow usually falls in January and February, no such processes have been observed recently.
Tagiyeva said that forecasts are reliable only for 3 or 4 days,
"However, I can say for sure that it will not snow in the coming weeks. "
