On March 19, rain is expected in other regions of Azerbaijan as well. Downpours are possible in some districts. West winds will blow.

The temperature will be +3 - +7 C at night, +8 - +13 C in the daytime.

In the highlands, it will be -6 - -2 C at night, and -2 - +3 C in the daytime.
