Azerbaijan to continue measures to vaccinate wild animals using aviation

This year, Azerbaijan, for the first time among the countries of the region, carried out vaccination of wild animals in forest areas using bait briquettes with the help of aviation, Deputy Chairman of the Azerbaijan Food Security Agency Balarahim Guliyev said at a regional seminar for national coordinators of the World Organization for Animal Health, Report informs.

According to the deputy chairman, these activities will be continued: “Negotiations are also underway on the implementation of this strategy with the participation of Russia and Georgia to achieve more effective results.”
