Azerbaijan intends to plant 3 million trees next year

"This year, 2 million trees have been planted in the country. One million of them have been planted as part of the Green Marathon. It is planned to plant 3 million trees next year," said Deputy Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources Vugar Karimov, Report informs.
According to him, more than 8,000 seedlings have been planted in forest land with an area of 870 hectares: "23 tons of seeds were sown in those areas."
