ADB rep: Co-op on climate change very important

Cooperation among CAREC countries on climate change is very important, Director General of the Regional Department for Central and West Asia of the ADB, Eugene Zhukov said at the event “Financing Greener Value Chains in the CAREC Region” within the annual meeting of the ADB, which is taking place in the capital of Georgia, according to Report’s correspondent from Tbilisi.

“There is a need for immediate collective action. We must work together to solve this problem. Moreover, digitalization of trade processes will make supply chains climate-smart,” he noted.
