Voting underway in Azerbaijan's penitentiary institutions

As Azerbaijan holds snap parliamentary elections, voting has begun in the penitentiary institutions under the Ministry of Justice's Penitentiary Service.
According to Report, 26 polling stations have been set up, covering 13 electoral districts, to facilitate the voting process for the incarcerated population.
